Lever Posted October 28, 2016 Hey guys, just a quick introduction about me! I´m from Austria and have been on some sort of cultivating path since attending a workshop done by Gary Clyman in 2011. Eventually I was more or less collecting methods rather than using the things I have learned over the years although I tried to practice as good as i could but somehow I have the feeling that I could have done it a lot more diligently. Lately I come to realize that I want to engage more into my spiritual practices again and therefor attended this forum AGAIN. Practices: Gary Clyman (Chi Kung) EFT Sedona Yoga Strength Training (3xweek) long walks in nature with my Grilfriend Diet: Omnivore Profession: Doing my masters degree in psychology with focus on psychosomatics self-employed coach of professional and amateur athletes but also work with chronically ill on -diet -exercise -supplements -psychosocial stuff Main thing that is on my mind right now: What kind of practices are the most potent systems? I´m really looking forward towards participating in this forum and feel free to ask me any questions! Cheers, Lever

RiverSnake Posted October 28, 2016 If you wish to intensify your practice and become a burning flame of gnosis, learning to conserve ones sexual energy and practice karezza with your girl friend may be beneficial. Cheers.
Lever Posted October 29, 2016 @OldWolf Thank you for your input! Cultivating sexual energy through Clyman´s Chi Kung and ejaculation abstinence is my main priority at the moment! Cheers
