JohnZ Posted November 6, 2016 Hi - my curiosity about Taoism and interest in qigong/Tai chi has led me to this forum. I read the Empty Vessel (Solala Towler), and am trying to develop my daily qigong practice based on ba duan Jin and tai chi by following published and on-line material from YMAA (Yang Jwing Ming). Â It would be nice to follow discussions on this forum, and to contribute/comment where this helps develop the flow. Â I am now retired from a career in IT and am based in Cheshire UK.
