Eclair_blanc Posted November 8, 2016 Greetings to all, I'm Eclair-blanc and I practice several internal system since longtime I now focus on few systems that I have seen here on this forum so I'm grateful to have the opportunity to learn from you. I have practiced mainly tenaga dalam system since 10 years and then I have shifted to Qi Gong. I have read all the discussion focused on potent system and done my own experiment during several month. I'm now mainly doing the qi gong set from Car Totton that I have found very powerful for me, the tai chi ruler from Sifu Carl Totton with the 128000 gauss tai chi wand is really incredible and I'm grateful to have found this teaching and the dvd from this master. I practice also the other system found in other dvd. I do also the Buddhist Qi Gong from Qi Gong Empowerment book and Mikkyo hand mudra practice. I'm interested by Flying Phoenix Chi Kung but I try to stick on very few system as I think it's not wise to do so many qi gong method as we cant reap the benefit from superficial cultivation. sO i come here to have some advice and give my testimony from my own experimentation with these systems Best wishes Eclair_blanc
