don salmon Posted November 13, 2016 Hi folks:I just found this site by searching for comments related to John Yates' work (his teaching name is Culidasa). My primary practice is rooted in the teaching of Sri Aurobindo, though Jan (my wife) and I have been studying a traditional Vedantic path (Roy Eugene Davis) for the past 10 years. We've both studied with Buddhist teachers on and off for a number of years, and are currently attending Ken Lenington's weekly meditations at St. George in Asheville, NC. Jan and I are developing a website, www.remember-to-breathe.org, on meditation and the brain, and specifically now are focused on an e-course with similar themes, though drawing less from Dan Siegel's interpersonal neurobiology than we do on the site. We also wrote a book together, Yoga Psychology and the Transformation of Consciousness, based largely on Sri Aurobindo's work. Glad to be here, looking forward to taking part in discussions. Best, Don
