As far as the other symptoms - I recommend going to the gym and getting yourself fit, it will resolve most of your issues. It's something I never did and I kind of regret it now as it does get more difficult as time goes on.

 

Totally agree, gets tough in the 20s especially being highly attuned/analytical  . Hit the gym build a strong body. Hard training first. Shelf the sexual practices, if you can...
