magick&joy Posted March 22, 2017 Hi, I just came across this site while trying to search information and similarities between kundalini and Qi of Dao-way. I have studied Hermeticism, Kabbalah, Western Esoteric knowledge and practice mysticism for many years. In the meantime, I have always interested in Daoism since I came from Eastern world. The information and discussion here gave me some goosebumps. So thank you for this site. sure I have many questions but now need to take some breaths...

Good luck in your pursuits and best wishes to you, Marblehead and the TDB team Hi magick&joy, Yes, we need to breathe. Relax. Inhale. Exhale. You know how to do it. You are welcome to jump right in ongoing discussions, revive an older thread, start a new thread of your own, or start a discussion in the "Newcomer Corner" sub-forms to expand on your introduction or ask general questions to help you get started. May you enjoy your time here. Marblehead
cold Posted March 23, 2017 Welcome! It bears repeating, breathe and relax, repeat! Breathing will come naturally (mostly) the relaxation is what requires effort.
