I've been practicing a form of energy cultivation developed by Dr. Wilhelm Reich for 9 years, and for the past several years I've been teaching it. You can see a version of the system pitched toward business executives here: https://nrwexecutive.club/ Recently I realized Chinese Qigong is in some ways similar to what I teach (in that it dissolved energy blockages in the body), but it goes much further (by developing a multitude of balancing, purification, and refinement mechanisms).
