Internal exercises- Stephen Chang

I am a week into following Stephen Chang's internal exercises from his book entitled, "The Complete System of Self-Healing".  I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has experience with these exercises and what they thought of them...

 

I am new to this forum.. if this has been discussed previously...my apologies...

Hey, welcome to the group. :)

 

I found a copy of his Chinese Yoga on the cheap in a charity shop the other week. I was also wondering what Stephen Chang is like. I'm just a bumbling newbie, I'm afraid, so I can't really give you any input on the quality of his work.

Welcome to the crew, zenthoreau!!

 

"The Complete System of Self-Healing" is an excellent read with many good practices. I'm an avid practitioner of the crane, deer, and turtle exercises. 

 

Working on the pc took my vision down a couple notches and after practicing the eye exercises, my eye sight greatly improved.. Also, I used to wax up in my right ear heavily, after doing the ear exercises I haven't had an issue.
