woogyboogy Posted June 8, 2017 Hey, ive just started reading the kunlun book by max christensen. However I have trouble understanding the correct mudra posture for the golden flower mudra to open the lower dantien. I can not correctly depickt the posture from the image or Text. I get the one for the crown but not ldt or mdt.  Could some one who practiced this elaborate?
Aetherous Posted June 8, 2017 It's just one hand mudra for every position.
thelerner Posted June 8, 2017 There's the main simple 'holding the ball' for the main practice, but wasn't there a more intricate, 'Church and steeple, open it up and..' kind of mudra for his Golden Flower practice? Â It's a shame the forum on his practices was short lived. Â

Index fingers pointed forward, on the same level as the navel. It's the same shape of the hands and forearms as the crown position, just pointed a different direction.
