In my humble opinion, the thing done by exercises and meditation is to be aware of this part of our self/body, and to learn to flex it, focus it. Interesting that breathing and emotion use the same brain center and that this brain center has the same shape as the drawn symbols, is connected to both pineal and other "magical" glands in the brain that control sleep, awareness, altered states of consciousness, etc.

 

I think technology will get close enough to be able to manipulate this process very soon, taking the mumbo-jumbo out of a practice as old as time.

Some thoughts...

 

Don't forget to add the structural templates. Frequency is one portion. Like water clinging to water and flowing towards gravity, yet floating up away from gravity, depending on the state.

 

In order for this to make sense, there has to be a flow of time, which changes when you move between the ocean level and mountain top, or between planet and outerspace, or anytime you have "changes in gravity". Remember that electrons can flow through two holes at the same time, they are particle, but not a particle, depending on the conditions. In a stable orbit they are energy, and probably meet the torus design better than an orbiting one.

 

Since I have witnessed and experienced time change, I see that our awareness can experience the shift in time and compress experiences that feel as if they lasted much longer, like dreams. In that sense, it can certainly experience and witness time change in both directions, and I would speculate to assume that not only is it a witness, it can influence gravity itself, whether as in bending or warping, or just in causing reflection like a prism of that energy, and thus changing time, which then creates a different set of rules for atomics.

 

The current production of chirp waves during Tai Chi practices and healing has been measured. Chirp waves were used to measure gravity.

 

I would go as far as to speculate that most practices are increasing the awareness of, and "lowering" the point of, "gravity". So we learn to feel that part of ourself that attaches to the time/space continuum in order for us to interact with it. Without aligning ourselves to this time and space, we would be unable to survive the onslaught of creatures here that use the time space around our physical body.

 

But in any case, the template I am describing is the natural flow of atoms to the current time and space, AND our flow of conscious awareness that matches this same flow in order to exist and function. When we sleep, this flow and the awareness change drastically and naturally. As with many animals. Hovering between waking and sleep with awareness releases the time space flow, and with it the rules change.

I have had several new confirmations of my research. Math professor Toni Torietti in Italy did a multicultural music math book and so the small universe meditation is the same basis as the 12 notes music scale in ancient China - with the notes as yin and yang reversing for each note. So it's not the same as just the Perfect Fifth in one direction of the infinite spiral and the Perfect fourth in the other direction.

 

The key secret is then - Plato defined fire in the Pythagorean Tetraktys as the top element of alchemy but actually it is Air - and so in China, India and ancient West Asia - the secret is to put the Fire into Earth as 8/12 or 2/3 subharmonic (down the front) and this turns the Water into Air or 9/6 or 3/2 harmonic as the reversal in time.

 

So I have detailed exactly how this got covered up with Plato promoting irrational magnitude from Philolaus flipping his Lyre around - to turn noncommutative phase harmonics into symmetric irrational magnitude. And so the 1 was not a number since it was light with spacetime as the hidden momentum of light - or superluminal "yin matter" as it's called in qigong. But for Philolaus, Archytas and Plato this got changed to a materialist X so that X squared = 2 and then X = the Devil's Interval as tritone and so each harmonic is the 12th root of X  defined by geometric magnitude. And so what this really means is that the "1" changes in value as the fundamental pitch since Philolaus had to flip his lyre around - so that 0 to 12 are the nodes in one direction with 8/12 as 2/3 wavelength for 3/2 harmonic and then 0 to 8 is the 2nd root tonic as 1 for 6/8 as 3/4 wavelength with 4/3 as the frequency. But to convert it to geometric magnitude so that Perfect Fifth plus Perfect Fourth = Octave then 12/8 plus 8/6 = 2 with the harmonics now as geometric magnitude in the reverse direction of time/frequency.

 

O.K. so then in India this is also based on the 12 months as music harmonics of the three gunas - with Nada as the nondualism of unstruck sound that creates BOTH Shiva and Shakti - from this noncommutative phase. Philolaus describes the source of the 1 (light) as both odd-even and yet it is Harmonia as female formless awareness. This is the Tiger energy of Shiva - the OM source of Light - the Ether-Fire as Jnana of the Light.

 

There is also the "counter-fire" in Pythagorean training that is really the Hades Lower Tan t'ien as the sub lunar energy - and then it accesses the Hearth or Hestia as the Void that breathes Fire as Time reversing - as the odd-even at the same time - noncommutative phase secret of the Ancients. So for the Pythagoreans - it is Dionysus who represents this Underworld Counterfire trip to Hades - which is the Incubation meditation that is part of the older Matrifocal farm tradition - before the Yamnaya chariot invasions. So Dionysus represents the Pan Pipe tradition that was how the Pythagorean alchemical music tuning was done in China - because each pipe is defined by the previous one as an inversion of Yin and Yang - and so there is no paradox of a wavelength being longer than the root tonic wavelength - so that the octave can be evenly divided by geometric magnitude. The ancients never tried to evenly divide the octave since they knew that the Root Tonic was actually the Lunar psychic energy of the pineal gland!!

 

So I discovered that in China - the root tonic was defined as the 1 but also the 81 months then multiplied by 19 solar years to get 128.5 as the Pythagorean Comma between the Perfect Fifths and Octaves. And so this is the alchemical secret of how the lunar energy has to first be built up into the counter-fire as the Lower Tan T'ien - so that the Tai Chi can be experienced. I have all the details in an easy to read book format. So now spin 1/2 phonon as sound waves are being used to develop room temperature superconducting macroquantum computer - which completely corroborates the precise same mathematical model I discovered from music theory as ancient alchemy.
