You know .. well you don't yet but you will in a minute ... My chi kung teacher originally only wanted to teach his nei kung system to Chinese people but what happened is they would only come to class once or twice and then drop out because they figured they knew it all, so his wife talked him into teaching other races.  He got so pissed off about it that he said the Chinese are only interested in chasing after the dollar, then he said "Chinese people STUPID" with a strong accent on the last word which was kind of extreme for him because he loved China.

Speaking for myself only , I think "certainly!" , and its not even a dislike of X personally.

There are so many ideas and systems that folks follow here , that one really needs to focus on being tolerant of that .

If Mo Pai , doesn't focus on any discipline ,, as in real discipline ,,,as in actual behavior,,,, as I think I read somewhere that it does not ,

there will be a perennial issue with those who want to learn stuff to have special power ,

but they will not be recognizing that power of any type represents what can be a loose cannon.

Its far more important what direction  or vision  do you want to make of , or do , with  your new insights  etc, than it ever will be how much extra Zing !  you think you have now. 

Taoism just might have a little flavor to add to the pie , 'ya doesnt have to be at odds.'

and would welcome a nice refreshing discussion on an aspect of practice.  The Bums is at its best when there's a subject that people can write about how there art views it.  I cannot recommend enough that you join or start a thread on an aspect of practice and share your views, accept others comments, even join in when the comments go sideways into the humorous. 

 

Such heretical banter is our electronic equivalent of sharing a beer.  We all get on each others nerves at times and its in such playful banter that we reconnect.. hopefully in a lighthearted way.
