Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Recommended Posts

OK, it's dinnertime, I'll leave this here for someone else to pick up.

But you know, my wife thinks I like cake but I say "NO, I like pie!  I want Mo Pie!"

The problem is that was tried and failed, and will not be repeated.

This is as good as it's going to get unfortunately.

Best wishes.

No, actually, that has never been tried. That's MPG'S cover story, of course, and it goes hand-in-glove with the persecution complex thing -- you know, the one about how members of the MPG gang always get banned at the first fabricated opportunity?  It's a self-fulfilling mythology which, unfortunately, doesn't actually get fulfilled.  It's a victimhood personality characteristic, you see -- you have been convinced (or have convinced yourself -- we don't know which acolyte you are so we don't know how long you've been part of Alfalfa's club) that you are a pinata despite having lurked for over a year and then, after going "active," lamenting that you had "wasted" your account here -- and yet you persist in "bear-baiting" in hope of getting banned.  I presume this is so MPG will be proud of you but you only look childish and represent the entire gang in that same light.

Honestly, it is no wonder that the real MoPai disowned your whole group and specifically asked Matt to stop.

If you say so Brian.

There are high post "lurkers" here that have been here for 5+ years, but are just smart enough not to open their mouth. So long as they remain silent they have nothing to fear.

I think our group all agrees your group's behavior is beyond ridiculous.

We had a person claiming to be an Indonesian student join, only to find he was using an Indonesian proxy, and was in the USA.   We have no idea who these people claiming to be Indonesians really are, but they sure do know words recently coined on American TV well :)

Best wishes.

Surely there are other things for them to talk about and relate to members in other threads besides going on and on about Mo Pai?

We have some high post members here that get along fine so long as MoPai is never discussed, once that line is crossed then their presence here would be an issue.

If we had 100+ members who could stand toe to toe with this nonsense, then I think we could turn the tide.

We don't so we can't.

Maybe one day though, we can dream right? :)

Yep.  Just because it doesn't work today doesn't mean that it "won't" work tomorrow.  That's the beauty of the potential of the future.  We never know what we can do until we try to do it.

We are not even vey successful at discussing the differences between Taoism and Buddhism here because we seem to concentrate too much on the negatives.

Talking about similarities between the two has always been more successful.

Maybe discussions of Mo Pai could be conducted that way too?  Concentrating on the similarities Mo Pai practice has That are similar with other practices?

Unfortunately I don't think that's a good idea, maybe in a private forum it would be a discussion that could be had, but certainly not here.

How brilliant! Clearly anyone who picks up slang from a TV show lives in America. Perhaps someday we'll have a global communications network but, until then...

To you as well, also what I am referring to isn't slang it's literally a brand new word just coined in the US it isn't slang for something else.

O.

M.

G.

Literally a brand new word?!?

Well, that's completely different.

It is inconceivable that someone outside the US could watch TV and learn a brand new word. Slang for something else? Sure. But a brand new word?  Inconceivable!

Clearly, the only thought which comes to mind is "rational."

And "logical" -- OK, two thoughts.

Well, maybe three -- "grounded."

Quite impressive, really.  I applaud the whole group for its truly impressive group-think.

Best wishes!

Oh! I've been meaning to ask...  How much amperage did those scientists and medical doctors record when they tested John Chang?  You don't need to answer directly; you can just post a link to the research paper.

More best wishes and thanks in advance!

Maybe we should post the basic level techniques described by Kostas and McMillan here, in this thread, and start to do a comparison to other known methods.

Just to see differences and similarities.

But perhaps without trying to connect it to natural science? Except if there is a reference to a measured whatever on an actual practitioner of the specific technique discussed?

Refering mostly to the three books and the infamous email someone published without consent.

Then this circus would revert to an actual thread.

It would be interesting to have the Long Men Pai side, as the thread started with that.

But for the Nei Dan crowd,  Ming methods are Fight Club ((something not spoken about).

I believe thelerner already is attempting to do that here:
