Too late, i know what i need to do, i can cultivate the situation where you know you are doing wrong. So what i need is i should go to chucrh and tell about my deepest sins. It would be like a asmr. So is there anyone want o hear my dirty secrets?(no even thinkign my anxiety sensations start rising a bit) but still too little --- i think its about having fun alone. So i should share instead. I feel the sensation in my nose too. And it is not a smell but tingling. Also my eye sight is brightening and hyperfocus(if i use that part of eyes).
