Nomad_0 Posted August 14, 2017 Hi everyone! Some time ago I accidentally discover Taoism. Yes, I know how it's sounds, but I didn't heard about it before. I read some articles to get familiar with the concept , but I want to drill into it, so I bought three books: "Zhuangzi", "Tao Te Ching", and "The Secret of the Golden Flower". I didn't read the all of them ( I just start reading "Zhuangzi"), so I'm aware it's just the beginning for me There is a one thing I'd like to ask about meditation. Is there some guidance for it? Is the mindfulness will be good, at least at this moment? I know that practice didn't rest on meditation, but I see a good excercise in it. PS. Sorry for my english.

Yes, it is important to be familiar with Lao Tzu and Chuang Tzu supplements and offers different perspectives of Taoist philosophy. This site offers many translations of both Lao Tzu and Chuang Tzu: https://terebess.hu/english/lexikon/l.html You will find many here willing to talk about various practices of meditation. I was practicing buddhism for some time, so it's suites me better.
