Mal Posted January 10, 2008 Books??? You don't learn Qigong from books. I just need a basic postural description so I can fine tune the practice according to my self. Regards. Well lucky it's doesn't cost a lot for this book 'cause we have been asked not to post bits and pieces of this (very simple) method over the net. You could always go to one of the seminars. Mal Posted January 10, 2008 Ha! I see. Marketing strategy. Wrong (I'm not very tolerant today, sorry) But search another recent thread and I think you'll find your answer
Starjumper Posted January 10, 2008 (edited) Ha! I see. Marketing strategy. Well, I am not interested anymore. Btw, all of the books offered in here are free to download: http://www.buddhanet.net/ebooks.htm Siddharta Buddha taught for free and never asked anything in return Wun Yuen Gong, I know, I was just curious about the specific posture of the Kunlun method. Regards. Don't go yet, we are in the process of exposing the joker in the Pillars of bliss thread, the sitting posture is described there later on in the thread. joeblast Posted January 10, 2008 But search another recent thread and I think you'll find your answer ...albeit the most unprepared, uncooked, shallow one you'll find anywhere... same reason the foundation dudes swear not to reveal anything of their training. the masters dont want bits and pieces of it watering down the true essence of the practice. this is at least readily available for a couple bucks! Wun Yuen Gong Posted January 11, 2008 I love your prayer wheel! I studied mindfulness and insight meditation from Ven Pannyavaro back in the early 90's that site he created.
