Stigweard Posted September 28, 2008 (LOL, yes. ? Think i do. As often as not meditate instead of "normal sleep" ... rests the body so it can keep functioning. If I don't do some form of sitting at night, won't sleep at all. Hence some very late night nonsenseical posts and e~mails! LOL. Sitting practice allow me to keep things going day to day. Whens your birthday? i'm march 5th : ) Sorry for interrupting the thread like this! Hypawhatchna? I can't even say that!?! LOL.OK. Hypa-haiku! ...but yes, think that's the place i reside a lot of time !) hypnagogia~ immediately before falling asleep state. Holy dooly !!! falling asleep state so many thieves in the night robbing us of sleep 'Tis an orthopaedic / homeopathic sleep system which addresses the need for correct sleep posture (i.e. orthopaedic spinal alignment and relieving pressure of sensitive areas) and correct sleep hygiene (i.e. none of the little nasties, allogens etc.) And yes I have seen personal results with people with FM conditions. Recently had a chap with Polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) who went from hardly any sleep, waking with excrutiating pain every morning (i.e. having to roll out of bed onto hands and knees just to get up) , through to sound restful sleep and no pain in less then a year.
