"

Pelosi called on the 37-year-old freshman lawmaker to resign Saturday, following Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) Chair Rep. Ben Ray Lujan (D-NM) in calling for Kihuen to resign.

But Kihuen told ABC News that Pelosi knew about the allegations since last year, and still offered to campaign for him.

“They looked into them. They didn’t find anything, and they continued investing millions of dollars in my campaign,” said Kihuen. “They went out there and campaigned for me.” http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/12/06/democrat-pelosi-knew-sexual-harassment-still-campaigned/

When are allegations treated as facts,

when they  become uncomfortable and they don't need you anymore.

All of this is leading to what they will try to do to president trump..

lets review

conclusion, no that won't work  the russions wont play

obstruction,  no that won't work ,  the special counsel is corrupt

Maybe if we force some of our own to resign creating a  precedent

yep maybe  that might work...sex thats the ticket it always works

someone should let them know it wont work....that game been tried before.

They should ask the GOP  how it worked out when they tried it.

The Washington Post that broke the Moore allegations ... "consulted former FBI agent Mark Songer, a forensics documents examiner, to examine a yearbook produced by one of Roy Moore’s accusers as evidence he assaulted her. The expert concluded that the “writing seems consistent with one writer.”

Now the lady with the yearbook has admitted she forged part of it...  that's why she would not turn it over.  Bluff called.

Problem is, she does a disservice to others with allegations by lying and being deceitful.

thank you and fair enough... I should of given a link ...  so let the NYT say it:

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/08/us/alabama-moore-nelson-allred.html

The woman who offered a high school yearbook that she said was signed by Roy S. Moore as evidence in her sexual misconduct claim against him, said on Friday that she wrote some of the words beneath the signature.

Now, I'm not going to use that to try and remove her allegations as  I think she should be heard.. but she did herself and future folks a great disservice in lying.

Im not sure why an omission of information in this case has been construed as a lie. A lie by definition is something said, not something that was not said. In this particular case, she omitted saying that she added notes below Moore's signed autograph. Adding notes is a fairly common practice (I did some on my school annuals too).

Then there is the question of intent that needs to be given due consideration as well, but we need to be clear what a lie actually is. Embellishment? maybe - augmentation? certainly. Lie? hmm..

I can see that the handwriting and signature is identical.

I guess she wouldn't have said it if no one questioned it, but was  forced to when pressed.  In effect she lied by omission.

"Also known as a continuing misrepresentation, lying by omission occurs when an important fact is left out in order to foster a misconception. Lying by omission includes the failure to correct pre-existing misconceptions."

"The Chicago Tribune published a Washington Post article reporting that “Allred acknowledged that Nelson added the date and restaurant name below the signature.”

Slate.com was unsure, however, reporting in parenthesis that Allred “apparently” was also referring to the “DA.”

Allred explained that the information after the signature (apparently including the “D.A.” lettering) had been added by Nelson"

At any rate looks like the judge will win the election next week...It will be interesting how the congress responds to it considering some of the comments before it.

That only applies if misconception is proven first, and intent, thereafter.

You can run this by your friends in the legal field.

Wont be the least bit surprised if he wins seeing that America already voted for a sexual predator to be president.

"Alabama has some of the shortest sexual abuse statutes of limitations in the United States. A civil sexual abuse case must be filed within:

In childhood sexual abuse cases, two years from the victim’s 19th birthday, or
Two years from the event in adult sexual abuse cases.

Alabama gives prosecutors a lot of time to file violent or childhood sexual abuse charges. The criminal statutes of limitations vary depending on the severity of the offense. The criminal statutes of limitations include:

No statute of limitations: rape, violent sexual abuse, sexual abuse with the threat of violence, and any sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 16,
Other felony sexual abuse: three years, and
Misdemeanor abuse: one year."

What it means is that she can always "try" to bring charges against him in a  court of law.

one might ask why she has not...Releasing the yr book for examination would go a long way to help her case but that's not really the intent.  They won't release the yr book with out conditions...which have nothing to do with proving her case.  Its all political .

After the election this case will start to fade away.

the other alleged cases have no standing to be brought forward.

they're trying to give it the air of legality so that the people dont freak out and realize the deep state is trying to oust a legitimately elected president.  of course, anyone paying attention has known this for quite a while now - the deep state only wants insiders in positions of power, just ask Ron Paul or Ross Perot.

(I was almost going to add Bernie Sanders in there, too  But I think he would have been generally D acceptable were it not for corruption in "certain other places")

I'm still waiting for the bigger names...

The Deep State are Cultural Marxist in nature but are happy for their attack dogs - the Feminista's, Liberals and Trendy Lefties - to do their work for them. That way if or when the elected President is toppled it will appear that it was accomplished by the will of the "people".

Re: Roy Moore

There is so many accusors, corroborating testimonies from those who knew the accusors at the time, and dozens of interviews of people in town (people who worked or visited the mall, etc etc).  Clearly any reasonable (unbiased) assessement at this point is that Roy Moore dated under-aged girls, and at least once there was coercion including a level of brutality.  Now R.Moore is adding to his level of assholishness, adding insult to injury, by calling all those people liars, and we all know that he’s lying to cover his ass.

It’s been pretty clear since this story broke... there were enough interviews in the beginning.

Then it just becomes: watching the circus of how much the public is willing to deny the obvious, and similarly re: the political forces currently in play.  I mean, we have a president who is openly campaigning for R.Moore, even recorded a robocall for him.  And, of course, the ... how many now? 16? ... accusors of POTUS himself (and an underage rape case that usually doesn’t get mentioned).

Dystopia on overdrive.

I guess the US doesn't need courts of law

Just get a bunch of assessors together, why even vote why not just let

the mob let one know who should win.

so sad, not running an election based on polices but based on accusations

question: how they can have an ethics investigation for thing for a person not even voted in  yet, who has not served

and did not call for one for their own serving members until it became politically expedient what they can't achieve by vote.

another me too,,,

"Talk show legend Larry King has been accused of groping an ex-wife of singer Eddie Fisher on two separate occasions, according to a report Monday."

http://www.breitbart.com/big-hollywood/2017/12/11/larry-king-accused-groping-bruising-eddie-fishers-ex-wife/

I don't quite get how women say they'er able to fight on the front lines with the military "not"  are mens equals "in some areas"

and yet they seem to be very scared when ever anything happens to report it or even stand up for themselves.

That is until an opportune time comes.

"“Larry put his hand behind me on my back and as the photographer was taking our picture Larry slid his hand down from the middle of my back to putting his hand inside of my dress and it ended up with about three or four of his fingers in the crack of my ass, resting in the crack of my ass,” Richard told the outlet."

allegedly

Larry denies it ever happened.
