Hi, I leave in Brazil, and I am interested in QiGong there are some years, maybe 8 years. But there is not  personal instruction in my city, so I only can learn by books and DVDS. I had several "starts" but usually I stop some months. The styles that I practiced more time were:

 

-the Flying Phoenix Chi Kung, DVD1+DVD2 daily for six months, but when I began the DVD 3 I stopped, it was too much time and it never was clear how can I advance in the informed training schedule.

 

-I also practiced some months the two first DVDS from Sifu Yan Lei , and the the "Nei Kung" by C.K.Chu

 

Now I am beginning again, after a pause of two years and need to clear some doubts about the training schedule of Flying Phoneix system. As I never was able to obtain any reply from Terence by e-mail,  I want to try put my doubts here, in topic about it   but I need make this presentation before.

 

Since this is a presentation, some other informations of interest about me can be:

 

I have 47 years old, I am Technician in Industrial Chemistry,  Graduation in Portuguese- Language and Literature, MD in History of literature, and I work in a Laboratory of Scientific Research in Aquaculture and Oceanography, in a Federal University. In less mundane matters, my presentation is: I  was instructor of a esoteric school in my city, the Gnosis ( Samael Aun Weor), and member during one year of Servants of Light (S.O.L- Dolores Novicki). I worked tow years in a group of " desobsession "  ( in english countries I think it is best know as "Spirt Release Theraphy"). And I lived 18 months (2001-2003) in that 'system' knew "Living on Light"(Jasmuheen).

Nowadays I am administrator/instructor of a  "Astral Projection" forum in Brazil.
