Im not too familiar with Aikido yet but a close teacher friend continually suggests that sort of practice to me to enhance my spiritual progress. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Aetherous Posted January 7, 2018 Welcome! I have fond memories of the Big Island from back in 09, taking a Kunlun facilitator class taught by Max Christensen. Ever hear of him?
