I was fully devoted to Taiji practice, at least twice a day. I had picked Taiji sword practice for few years and sabre for a year. Once a week, I teach Taiji in a local senior community center. It is to have a better health for all and myself. Also, I was asked to help the elderly to do some suitable exercise in a local senior health center for few years already. I had been following the principles of Taiji and Qigong in breathing. In the event, I become stronger and healthier. My hair seems to be darker, month by month, for a seventy-one years old man. Again, it is nice to be back with my friends and foes. Oops, foes which I shouldn't have any; but........ Either way, I have learnt from both.
