Hello everyone

This is my first post on this forum.

 

My main interest for several years has been Buddhism, but I also practiced Hatha Yoga a bit and was interested in Daoism as well. Recently I've been feeling very disconnected both from my body and from the world around me, and decided to try Daoist meditation techniques in order to fix this. I have a few questions now, and hope to find some advice on this fine forum!

Yeah, too much Buddhism will do that to a person.  Lots of folks here willing to help you find your answers.

 

You are welcome to jump right in ongoing discussions, revive an older thread, start a new thread of your own, or start a discussion in the "Newcomer Corner" sub-forms to expand on your introduction or ask general questions to help you get started.
