Taoist Texts Posted May 2, 2018 The Second Punic War (218-201 BC) witnessed Hannibal's crossing of the Alps in 218 BC, followed by a prolonged but ----YOU ARE HERE---- ultimately failed campaign of Carthage's Hannibal in mainland Italy. By the end of the Third Punic War (149-146 BC), after more than a hundred years and the loss of many hundreds of thousands of soldiers from both sides, Rome had conquered Carthage's empire, completely destroyed the city, and became the most powerful state of the Western Mediterranean. Marblehead Posted May 2, 2018 Turin and Milan are where most of the Communists in Italy reside. I was even warned to not go to Milan because many of the people hated Americans. (So I didn't go there or even to Turin.) Even the people in Sicily treated me very well.
futuredaze Posted June 18, 2018 It is funny that formerly Communist countries like Russia and Poland are almost always very anti-Communist. Even Cuban-Americans are generally much more right leaning than other latinos. On an unrelated note, congrats to Italy for electing Euroskeptic anti immigrant leadership. It isnt racist to oppose mass migration from 3rd world countries where many people have anti-Western ideologies.... it is common sense.
