Need insight. What’s happening to me

Hey all. Sorry if i don’t know the rules here but i have some questions. I recently have been having very sexual feelings before sleep. But not physical. I have found myself focusing on the actual feeling of orgasm instead of touching myself. I have been googling trying to find out what happens to me and I’ve ended up here. I recently layed in bed in sillence. Only thinking about the feelings i have during sex. Visualizing myself ejaculating. Remembering the feeling and where i feel them.  I was concentrated and was feeling my self about to ejaculate when suddenly my whole body started shaking. Head to toe. I felt like i was lifting out of my body. Eyes were rolling in my head. I was coherent and if tried hard enough i could’ve probably stopped it but i just kept thinking about the orgasm. The feelings kept getting stronger and stronger. This is the first time i have ever experienced something like this. Am i ok? Am i going to hurt myself or my mind/body of i continue this? Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like you were focused on the (very strong) energy flows of your body (brought on by sexual drive).

I'd say this is normal, for someone who is sensitive enough to feel flows like this.

I would agree, no serious problem but then if it interfering with your normal thinking then maybe you shouldn't be putting so much thought into this.

 

I'm sure there will be some who will offer you good advice.  I don't talk about energy work so I won't be one of them.

Yes, it does. I’ve felt it on many occasions too. You must be pretty sensitive to feel energy like that. Do you meditate at all ? Or anything of that sort ?

 

also remember that sexual energy is probably the most powerful force in the body. The urge to procreate or for pleasure... That urge will overpower sleep, food (well maybe not food)... just about anything. There’s obviously a lot of “juice” that goes into the whole biological process.  You happen to grab onto the feelings that come with that process and rode them like a wave.

Until you learn to focus that energy into other avenues-- just relax and enjoy.  No need to worry, plenty of applications and avenues are now open to you.  This site will be helpful.

I do not meditate at all. Never have. It was a lil scary at first but once i relaxed i felt a lot better.
