All those claiming to be spiritual masters are bs.

 

Here's why.

 

Life is yang the spirit realm is yin.

 

So..

 

Only those claiming heavenly enlightenment would be valid for only heaven can affect the earthly an spiritual realms.

 

Im only agreeing with taoist views of heavenly immortals..If it is truly yang then life should get better for its practitioners for life is yang.

The earth balances all so it is golden for it to be so it has develop which came from heaven for heaven an earth has to be balanced.

I try to avoid statements like "All X are Y". That kind of thinking tends towards rigidity. It's best to leave room for exceptions.

 

No doubt many self-proclaimed "spiritual masters" are BS, but so what? Even a broken clock is correct twice a day, and if these BS masters have followers, and if the followers feel they receive something of value then who are we to stop them from enjoying what they have?

Hmm it seems the nature of life an thus life force is not understood.

 

The earth is about survival. 

 

Life is yang active.

 

Death is yin.

 

To make true progress life must be balanced an life force must be protected for time reveals all an we all fight for more time.

 

Longevity is only mercy for the unawakened...so the work is hard. 

 

Awakening can happen at anytime but the nature of heaven an earth remains. 

 

So therefore the greater sin is those who mislead on the nature of heaven an earth.

I like this.

 

In another thread I have been analyzing the I Ching probabilities.  I found that the least common transition is old yin (yin transforming to yang) and the most common transition is young yin (yin without transition). You appear to have come to the same conclusion as I, that yin eventually wins out. My analysis of I Ching was purely statistical. It failed to account for the will of intention. This is something that I need to meditate on. Thank you!

Interesting thought and in a way I agree.

 

Man follows Earth,

Earth follows Heaven,

Heaven follows Dao,

Dao follows itself.

 

So this leads me to think that the teaching of, or the search for, immortality is not following Earth because we know that there are cycles in the process of birth, life, and death.

Objects are Yin.  Chi applied to objects creates living objects.  The life (activity) of these living objects are Yang.
