I get called out now and then because I am easily misunderstood and because I bullshit a lot.  I don't have a problem with being called out.  I do have a problem when discussions degrade to making personal attacks.

 

Attack the message, not the messenger.

A Good plan ,, unless you do it much , and you find out the messengers almost always take it personally.
