Controlling weather with chi?

I remember reading somewhere on the web about a chi master who had the ability to control the weather. He could make it rain, snow, become sunny, cloudy etc. on command. Can anyone elaborate on this? Do any of you have this power?

I heard of some graduates of the Silva Mind Control course dissolving clouds by the power of mind. As I am a graduate myself, once while sitting on a lake shore with a whole mountain wrapped in a huge cloud in front of my eyes, I decided to give this a try.

 

I closed my eyes and went to my alpha level. Then I visualized the cloud gradually dispersing. When I reopened my eyes, much to my amazement, the cloud had vanished.

 

That was my only attempt at influencing weather phenomena so far, though.

Please define  'soul force'   and how that relates to 'elemental strength' .    (I understand what ' magical elemental balance '  is though. )

 

'Astral   thing   ' ....     '   St Blacksmith  ' ?   

 

( I actually doubt I get a response here  ... it  all ust seems   'astral word salad '   )

yes, that was going to be my first response  ;

 

I can do 'cloud dispersal'   .   Its an old trick .  Anyone can do it , with a few simple pointers

 

I have also used  'similar technique'   to    'make it rain '  .  

 

But I must admit , down here, it much easier to 'make it drought '  .
