Nandi Posted July 29, 2018 Hey folks, Im new to qigong, I started doing it on and off maybe 3 months ago and then everyday now for a few weeks. I have never felt better even with the small amount that I am doing. Im very optimistic about this journey. I started out doing lee holdens free stuff on youtube, then I also learned the 8 brocades (which I haven't been doing now). Im interesting in using Qigong to release emotional trauma, increase my vitality and learn to connect better with life and others.
