LAOLONG Posted August 12, 2018 (edited) NSA "mind"reading ability. Every smart phone have a Selfy camera. So NSA is reading the eyelid movements Parallel to what you Are watching on the smart phone. So thy can tell what makes you Harpy ,fear. How you actually read the text .how you look at a picture. So  tha tech of surveillance after REM rapid eyelid movement , Is like "mind" reading.
