And what amounts of various plants to reach these goals. I'm not sure where to find the scientific research on this topic. Does anyone have a chart or list they use themselves? Â After I compile all the research i will put on this site for everyone to enjoy! Â You would be surprised to know that a lot of vitamins and minerals interact badly with each other. So certain foods should not be eaten with certain foods.
