First of all, you should learn to heat your body. You only concentrate on point, And produce heat in your body, And you should work out your strengthening of physical strength.

There was an article by a 90 y o chinese master. On subject of heat in ldt he had this to say: "Take extreme care not to burn qi in your belly. Great danger! Great danger!"
Nintendao Posted November 4, 2018 (edited) Valid points! Fanning the coals too vigorously, fuel is consumed all at once. So much worse if surroundings ignite unchecked to cause wildfires. Moving on, I begin to note significantly the opening and closing of superficiary yang, allowing heat to vent out the pores of entire skin. Still a ways to go. It seems rather important. Cheers

It is very important and i wish i kept that excellent article. But it was many moons and many notebooks ago, so i dont know the name. But the warning is commonplace you can see it in the subtitles at 3:56 as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zou_huo_ru_mo
