The text is fine,

but the document also includes pictures for the practice that were scaned from an old text.

 

Without the pictures, it is hard to understand the practice.

 

I think there must be a limit to what we upload in document format.

 

I will work hard to put many word documents for members to view...

if there is a way I can upload more than one word document.

 

I think such documents can be an aid for proper practice

for those interested in the Pursuit of Tao.

It can help one lay a good foundation in practice if followed daily.

I just noticed that these instructions can also be found at Dao Zhen's website with the advantage of providing a few diagrams showing the different positions which i found very helpful.
