The Brexit Thread

The photograph was taken from BBC.co.uk and so will thump the Marxist tub for all it is worth. The peaceful and orderly protesters will be portrayed as left wing whilst any photographs of Brexiteers or the Right in general will be shown as hate filled and evil.

The BBC are nothing if not predictable.

Well the T-Shirt hints that he might be Labour which adds credence to my suspicions that the Yellow Vests, here in the UK, are being hijacked and subverted by Labour money. Of course the EU doesn't want to see the Yellow Vests take root here as that will make the movement more about the EU and not just France, Macron, pensions and fuel etc.

Macron is simply fuelling the flames of discontent! Operation Ignition!!!

Yes what's going on in France is as much about the EU as anything else but the media are trying, been told to, to ignoring that aspect of it.

More from the BBC website regarding the Yellow Vests in London

"The Yellow Vest

Is it a right-wing or left-wing symbol?

Meanwhile, another group of protesters was outside Parliament, also in yellow vests.

They waved the union jack, burned EU flags and denounced "left-wing scum". "We're not far right, we're just right," they chanted."

The bias shown by the BBC is truly frightening as they attempt to compare the SJW Marxist types with the evil white men of the Right.

Yep the old divide and conquer! I don't think the Yellow Vests movement will happen here but I could be wrong. I think stuff will happen spontaneously as people will be itching for an excuse to vent they're fury. No one can predict the future but a storm is coming.

A storm is always coming and it is an ill wind that blows nobody any good.

In the U.K. we will not see the spontaneous demonstrations and riots that are prevalent in France. Any such events here will be orchestrated. As the Left are far better organised than the right (The Right are the silent majority in the U.K.) it will be they who take to the streets, burn cars and build barricades. At the end of the day the Brexiteers demonstrate by vote but the Remainer cause will do anything to get their own way.

I hate saying this but I think you might be right.

Funny as Apec struck me as being a rather placid chap! :)

So for such a wealthy country we do have to wonder what's going on with this homeless situation? Yes some of these people are so fucked up they like sleeping rough but I'm sure it's not enjoyable. People from poorer countries are often shocked by the homeless when then visit the UK.

So what are the figures again? 1% of the worlds population control 99% of the worlds wealth! Hmm it's more than a scandal it's disgusting!

Not as simple as that I am afraid. Most people sleeping rough are inadequates and cannot cope with life. Twas always so.

In the old days large numbers of those who are now sleeping rough would have found themselves spending their life in the ubiquitous mental institutions which dotted the country. These are all gone now, replaced by Care in the Community, the result is what you see.

At the end of the day you have to face the fact that there is an ever growing section of society which simply cannot be helped, no matter how much money you throw at it.

It's a shame that society has become so complex, I struggle but who doesn't? Yes care in the community what a joke that was/is?

Anyway I've been getting arty again!!

Second Brexit party to push for EU exit – 'It's time to sing praises of no deal'

JUST days after Nigel Farage unveiled his new Brexit Party, vowing to put up candidates in future European elections in the event of any delays to Article 50, a campaign group bankrolled by multimillionaire financier Jeremy Hosking is planning to launch a separate political party of its own in a bid to ensure Britain's smooth departure from the bloc.

Source: https://www.express.co.uk/news/politics/1085840/brexit-news-brexit-express-elections-jeremy-hosking-nigel-farage

PMSL!! This smacks of kiddies throwing their toys out of the pram! This Hosking is obviously a shill and an EU lackey.

Anyway the real Brexit party is here: https://www.thebrexitparty.org/

Yes and I've signed up 20 times!!!!! Yep it'll be all mind games for a week or two. :)

Brexit doubts leave firms 'hung out to dry

UK firms have accused the government of leaving them "hung out to dry" in the event of a no-deal Brexit.

With less than 50 days until 29 March when the UK is due to leave the EU, the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) says 20 key questions remain unresolved.

How to move skilled staff between the UK and EU, which rules to follow, and what trade deals will be in place are all still unknown, the BCC says.

The government said it was focused on getting approval for its Brexit deal.

"I absolutely recognise that for many businesses it is a period of uncertainty and concern," Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay told BBC Radio 4's Today Programme. "That's why we are so committed to securing a deal."

Read in full: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-47217801

Of course this will help the larger businesses as they will be able to ride the storm and then benefit when many SME's go down the pan!

Whether will leave or not big buSINess will win. This is born out by what Carney said the other day. The EU project looks as if it's failing anyway so maybe the larger corporations are distancing themselves unless they're German of course!! Perhaps the EU could backtrack and reduce it's size and try again in another twenty/thirty years? I don't think anybody believes the EU can succeed as it is especially with the economic downturn just around the corner.

The E.U. is too big to be allowed to fail. This does not mean that it cannot and will not fail but it does mean that the Ruling Elite will sacrifice all and sundry to keep it ongoing.

So, so funny as these seven idiots have just destroyed Labour!!!!

Socialism is a form of mental illness so the "Magnificent Seven" can be classed as idiots, but so are those left within the party as well as those who vote for them in elections.

As to whether or not they have destroyed Labour by their actions? I doubt it very much. The zeitgeist is still, unfortunately, to the left and so they cannot be written off as yet. It will however be interesting to see what develops amongst the remaining champaign socialists within the party.

We are approaching the the end of Winter and with Spring comes the tourist season, April in Paris and all that.. The Establishment will want an end to this constant unrest in its major cities without being seen to give way to the Gilets Jaunes demands (whatever they are).

If this keeps going into March, with its longer hours of daylight, then we could begin to see unrest throughout the week. An interesting business with lots more fun to come.

My fingers are crossed!

Of course we might get fun and games here in the UK if we don't leave the EU on the 29th?

The Right Wing will neither protest nor riot in numbers that would concern the Establishment. In the U.K. that sort of behaviour is the province of the multi ethnic, multi cultural Left and they have no desire for leaving the E.U.

You may well be right. We'll find out soon enough with March madness looming!
