Lost in Translation Posted December 20, 2018 (edited) There was an "orange glow" in the air this morning above Vandenberg Air Force Base. Don't know what it was but probably some kind of missile test. Quote 10 p.m. Update: The National Weather Service Bay Area is calling this a Noctilucent cloud, a cloud that can be formed from a meteor or space debris entering the upper atmosphere.
