Zhan Zhuang sitting (not cross legs, either Seiza or on edge of chair so legs open) 2: Breathing meditation from belly, meaning first feel breath there, then feel vital force arise there and extending through whole body, then surrender into it and merge until become vital breath nothing else remains 3.
