alleniverson Posted January 30, 2019 Greetings buddy! Hows it going? Mind sharing a little bit more about that system? Never heard of it. What are its purposes? Whats the philosophy behind it? Ever new joy Allen I
Jingui1965 Posted January 31, 2019 The System is Basically Golden Shield from the Emei Mountain temple system. The training is hard style utilizing tools, internal and external herbs and meditation. Five physical levels (Abdominal, Torso, Head, Arms, Legs ) are trained before tantric levels. Later elemental training is done to enter the pure energy. The purpose is to first upgrade the physical container by building and refining Qi so the student can achieve vibrant health and mental clarity. Later levels are esoteric in practice and function.
