Well I didn't know that trying to achieve anything has anything to do with breath-work or the sharing of breathing techniques. Maybe you can explain more about your question? Well for a start there's shamatha breath counting to calm the mind and there's pranayama to move energy - also various qi gong breathing including abdominal breathing, reverse abdominal and enbryonic breathing and so on. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
