seito Posted May 18, 2019 (edited) Hello, I have been trying during my mid-twenties to my almost fourties (I'll be 38 next week!) some eastern / shamanic practices. From all insight gained, I am in the process of doing some changes in my life right now as well as in the process of finding a way for deepening. I have had some experiences I wish to share with you in order to put them in a context, but this I suppose should go in another forum, General Discussion I guess.
