Decorator75 Posted July 2, 2019 Hello Noobie here from Slovenia. 44 years old. Interested in spirituality in any kind of form and school. Want to learn some stuff and improve. Had really thraumatic experience a year ago when I separated from my long term partner. Lost 2 kids and everything. Lost myself briefly in alcohol and drugs and now want to get back on track. I need some tips what schoold to pursue. I know some Chia, read some Buddhism. Also have Raja Chadboury course on Kundalini awakening but dont want to mess with that stuff cause this can be dangerous. Also read some Glenn Morris etc. Want to get on some good Buddhist or Tao path maybe some Chi Kung etc to get my shit together again. Any tips are welcome.
