GrandTrinity Posted April 25, 2005 A while ago i posted about sealing the energy in with self massage. I also posted about waking up in the morning with no energy, Now, to combine these two aspects. Today I woke up and I felt drained, laying in bed for a couple hours until I realized how to fix this issue. The answer came to me. Self massage right when you wake up, the whole body, start with face, wake up the family jewels. To really wake up, then you can get out of bed and start shaking.
