LifeIsADream Posted March 7, 2020 After being on here for some months I thought it time to give myself some digital identity. Im very grateful to you all and I have felt such strong resonance with many of your posts, some bums who are still here and some not. I have been cultivating in my day to day life for some years now with awareness on my diet ( what i eat, think, watch etc). I have had a meditation and mindfulness practice for some years but have only recently started qigong ( SFQ ) as I look to balance and clear my energy so i have the tools to futher the path of awakening. Perhaps even gaining some clarity on mast energetic experiences that at the time had me feeling quite wackadoo, haha. My goal is true awakening.
