Son of a Korean protestant minister, so obviously a lifelong interest in religion and spiritual experience, had a so-called spiritual awakening experience at the age of 25, got real deep into christian theology and decided that it was all a sham, afterwards pursued all sorts of mysticism and oriental metaphysics, as well as yoga, qigong, bazi and hypnosis.. finally arrived at semen retention and then never looked back. just very very content with the new found energy that flows through my MCO..very grateful.very aware..very alive.
