awarenessrules Posted April 21, 2020 Hi, I have been doing ping shuai Qigong ( swinging hands qigong) for quite some time to help with blood and lymph circulation. My blood circulation is very slow. It really helped me and I can feel my hands and feet warm. Recently I added dragon and tiger Qigong by Bruce Frantzis to my routine along with ping shuai. Is it ok to mix these 2? I know that most teachers warn against mixing different Qigong styles but ping shuai is very simple and it acts as a warm up too for other Qigong styles. Any suggestions?
