Searching this forum you may find some old-school gems. Maybe you made vows in a previous life? Keep your seed/vital essence minus procreation purposes. One once referred to it as the Holy Spirit. It's a pleasant thought at the least. Meditate/focus on that energy. Observe it, be at peace with it. Draw that energy in. Connect it with breathing. Move it through the body. Or it is other way around and the part of the cycle of reoccurring calamity is also the loos of your fluids, not that you influence enviroment around, nor without it, but all you and those near you are under some kind of cycle, that your juices are piece of the puzzle, but not necessarily the cause.
