@Takingcharge - How are things going for you?

Thanks for asking,

i went to acupuncture.

it helped calm it down - it didnt really change the pattern but it calmed it down

my eyes stopped rolling back. My forehead space and eyes stopped feeling like it was gripped by electricity and i just had subtle pictures i saw with my eyes closed

instead of hallucimations i lost myself in completely.

so thats very good!

i went to stay with somebody

being by myself wasnt a good idea.  I was scared

and completely absorbed in my thinking

i needed to be out of my house. I couldnt sleep there anymore

in a new enviroment and with somebody around me

it helped me get distraction and just turn my attention outwards as much as possible

i cant stay here forever, ibeen here for 1 and a half week now

probably can stay here for another one and a half week.
so im thankfull for that

im worried about my nervous system itself - i fear acupunture isnt gonna be able to permanently correct it

i seem

to have “permantly  reprogrammed it - not just changed the flow.    If i flex any muscles at the base of my skull , or frown in a way that the muscles in my forehead it restarts and retriggers the pattern.  It seems to just oroginate from my forehead space inside my neck now flowing down

Its still bothering me n it flares up but ive been turning ny attebtion outwarss

ive been taking a huge time out from thinking about it. And just try to have trust that things are getting better.

and just been focussing outwards as much as i can and keeping busy. Spending time with the people here

going for walks to

its been good living with people

i worry about when i go back home though and are by myself again

so  yeah im definatly alot better then before!

at some point im gonna have to start looking for a solution again

i havent been doing to much with the intent thing to much as soon as i do that i trigger all the other trance n thinking stuff

better to just properly create distance from it all together

and get a strong extended reference in being outside my head as much as possible having positive experiences

i just try to keep hold of the positive feelings n have a sense of trust - then just hit the shower n feel like im renewing myself

so yeah thats what ive been up to basicly

I know sometimes you need to understand the reason behind a recommendation to get really motivated to follow it... So maybe this will help.

Whatever is happening internally for you is fed by your attention... if your attention is on your sensations, hallucinations, or even if it's on trains of thought on how to understand or handle the situation, then that simply adds fuel to the fire.

What we want is to get your attention away from the whole thing altogether. I get that this seems like sweeping things under the carpet - but it's not. We want to remove the fuel from whatever is happening for you. With less fuel, it will slowly subside - just as any fire without wood will self extinguish. Only then will you have a clear enough system to approach fixing the underlying issues.

Going out into nature accomplishes this exceptionally well - particularly if you engage your senses - smell the smell of the forest floor, feel your footsteps on the soft grass, or the texture of tree bark on your hand... you can even engage your mind in this - see if you can recognise and name what tree species you see...

That's one part of it.

The other aspect is that nature - and particularly trees - have a sort of energetic resonance - and simply by spending time amongst them, your body will naturally start to attune to this resonance - like two tuning forks attuning to the same frequency. This frequency is a direct antidote to what's going on for you.

This is why I'm suggesting you take several long walks in nature daily. It works on several levels and will be far more effective than anything else at the moment.

Hope that helps

this was definatly very usefull because im one 1000 percent a why guy, needing to know why im doing it

i was already on the fence wether i needed to jump out completely tenporarily

because my brain was being pulled towards trance like states because of the electricity

n it became one big hole n everything tought related would redirect me to that same space

i was having alot focussing outwards  and definatly staying outwards focussed

after the acupuncture n the heavy symptoms diminished

being in a new enviroment and around people  Helped the most

and being out in the sun

@Takingcharge

I’m glad things are lightening up. Acupuncture takes time and regular visits. Ask the acupuncturist if they recommend to press certain points yourself.

It was a good idea to stay with someone - as you say it helps you get out of your own head. Maybe look for a group or some volunteering for when you go back. And keep up with the walks :)

Well done for taking action and getting yourself to a better place!

Yeah thanks :)  im glad that at least the eye rolling hallucinating stuff is over that was crazy - n that acupuncture can at least tame that. Othrwise i dont know what i wouldve done

im not nearly out of the woods  though

that timeline process that started it

activated trauma states

and some kind of Young child state and smeered it all over my timeline

so ive been in very nasty unpleasant “icky” dirty feeling states for the past 8 months

and had to sit by at the mercy of how i was slowly taking me over and replacing all the ways i felt and experienced myself before as a result of what was set in motion by the process. Reaping the fruits. Fun times.(not really)

Because of the nervous system stuff i couldnt do anything about it at all.  no inward processes of any kind to act on that.

so Its  been pretty shitty

I also feel very feminine and super giggly - like a small child. Thats the child imprint.  Its all very strange to experience

About my results with acupuncture so far.  Ive  done a set of sessions now

its been good at reducing the flaring up it calms it down .it stopped the flaring causing the hallucinations in 1 session

but on actually changing the flow and the main issue:

the person js very well meaning but i dont get the sense he has an idea what hes doing in changing that.

He told me something about the wood element. And how in classic acupuncture its all about the 5 elements n if he balances those out any chi deviations will just disappear by itself n the right direction and flow will happen by itself. But i dont get the sense its changing anything or that we have a real gameplan.

he pricked a feet sole spot 1 session. Said it would pull things down And that just felt painfull, felt a downwards vaccuum like things getting  pulled down that couldnt move down.   So i had him stop it.

It seemed like he just reasoned.   “ things need to go down - ok  wel do the feet spot that pulls things down that should work”

what did help were basic things, like when i was really tired n didnt recharge well.from the stress without me saying it.   He said my kidney energy was low n he pricked liver n kidney points i think.  N he said my pulse felt right now.   And i definatly felt better after that Energy vitality wise.

and another session  i told him to stop the session because i was full of stress n negative emotions i was repressing through distraction and laying on the table it all came up and it felt like it was heavily affecting the chi- it started to burn like i was heavily tainting the  energy. I told him we needed to stop.

And he added  some needles  on my head. crown spots to release emotions - he says it opens up the crown n it can all flood out that definatly did something very noticable , it all started to flow out

but i think those are pretty basic things though thst any acupuncturist should be able to do.

im gonna start looking tommorrow for a different person to try.  Il re-read through the topic for the advice given on finding somebody

is there anything you have to add to it?

-i could askem about chi deviations

-see if they have training in classic acupuncture instead of just tcm?

-see if they do any chigung? Though thats a murky water in and if itself with all the different styles outthere

-not go for the fysiotherapists or anyone doing electro or funky modern styles

its very frustrating to need to interview them but dont have enough knowledge to properly interview them

thanks for all the support its been of great help being able to talk about n getting some level of advice on how to proceed

Balancing things would certainly not hurt - but unfortunately, qi deviations are usually treated differently.

I would say it's best not to stop going to this acupuncturist - as it seems he's doing a decent job for now. At the same time look for someone who might have more experience with Qi deviations (It's just quite rare in the west, as it isn't part of the standard TCM curriculum). Did you get any replies from the xian tian acupuncturists? I assume there are none in your country. If you have connected with someone who understands how to treat deviations you could maybe suggest connecting them with your acupuncturist for a consultation? This may be a bad idea, I'm not sure :)

You'd be surprised how bad some are! I think you've found a reasonably good one - and he's actually helping, using pulse diagnosis etc.

Yup - what I'd suggest is to explain the situation. Tell them that you're already with an acupuncturist who's helping, but you need more specialised help because you have a serious qi deviation. What you want to determine is - if they just want to 'have a go' at helping (not what you want) - or if they know how to treat deviation and have some experience with that.

No problem :)

I'm glad there's at least some movement towards the better. Just don't get too impatient - remember that things take time. Also, it's best not to drop the other advice (walks and so on). Sometimes it's our tendency that when things start getting better, we feel 'well enough' and just jump back to our old patterns - make sure that doesn't happen to you.

i Think i have pretty ok ones in my erea  , if you compare to the oness that dont do herbs or even use pulse.

at least 3 of them have walls of jars with herbs. They subscribe

And use  pulse as part of the diagnosis

some of them studied in china i think. But it all seems to be tcm

i stay clear of the fysiotherapists n beauty parlor type places.

xian tian college - emailed all of them. They have no people here - and theyre the first batch of trainees  - they were  about to learn about chi deviations from damo when corona  hit.

i suppose i could try when i find an acupuncturist that knows about chi deviations. To see  If both parties are willing to connect.

 its worth a shot.

someone once mentioned john dolic to me I think it was earl grey

i will try emailing him as well

yeah he helps with regular stuff like when my energy is low that kind of stuff, and that helps with that.

monday im gonna call up a whole bunch of acupuncturists again and see what they say.

How do i best explain it to them in my native language?

“chi changes caused by meditation, that need to be treated in a different way?” (Even though it was hypnosis in my case) Problems that normallly arise through faulty chigung practice? I already kind of hit some troue there

The previous ones i tried explaining it to were kind of like you described said what do you mean a couple of times . ask me some history how it happened and then transition into that acupuncture may  be able to fix it - basicly “wanting to take  a crack at it”

So for monday when i call them up - what  would be a clear description i can give them when i call them? Do you have any tips.

I notice the talking about how hypnosis caused it When they start asking what happened,  derails the conversation and kind of confuses the conversation everytime.

i think  because they dont have a clear idea what hypnosis is - and sortve turns it into just come in and wel have a crack at it.

I need to  tweak that because it isnt helping getting the right outcome.

theyl ask what kind of hypnosis but since they dont know hypnotic processes it all kind of goes downhill from there

yeah thats clear im gonna sort for that.

do you have any tips on a clear consise  explanation they will understand easily, thats in a language they understand.
imstead of my rambly making it up as i go n then losing it when we get to the hypnosis  part?

@Takingcharge

What you say is something like this: You did a practice which resulted in your symptoms (explain symptoms don’t describe practice)... You’ve been told that this is a Qi Deviation and you’ve been recommended to find an acupuncturist that has experience in dealing with Qi deviations in the past. Then ask - have you dealt with Qi deviations as a result of incorrect practice - like meditation or qigong?

If they say come in we’ll have a look, say yes I might - but first I need to know if you’ve dealt with such issues in the past and if you have some experience with that.

Please find a way to resume your walks... even if it’s just in the city streets. But I’m sure you can find some green space near you too. Just get out and explore and do this regularly. It’s important.
