Johnhenry369 Posted July 7, 2020 Just saying hi, first post. I’ve been loosely familiar with Tao for years but have taken renewed interest in its teachings and practice over the past year. I come from a background in the Gurdjieff Tradition, however much of that work (if not all) is taken from eastern practices. Which is to say, I began meditation and various awareness and energy-type excericises in that tradition and have recently been looking into Tao to understand some of those experiences and practices more fully. I’ve recently been reading some Chuang Tzu, Golden Flower, and texts on TCM, Herbal Tradition, as well as studying a few other eastern traditions. Taoism seems to hold a very old lineage with a great deal to be discovered. I hope mostly to learn from the posts and information others provide here to expand my search and assist my own practice at home. thanks!!
