n0nick Posted July 17, 2020 Hey guys, I have been going through a kundalini awakening for the last year. My path before that was a lot of study contemplation and meditation of mostly hindu and buddhist tradition fueled by depression and addiction. I was somewhat mentally ready kundalini but not physically . I have going through a lot of physical changes and kriyas /automatic yoga after the awakening and my path has been mostly surrender and mindfulness. From what I assume it is a process of karmic and energetic purification so I am not too much bothered by the fireworks and let it happen. I do however have 24/7 energetic sensations on forehead and third eye. I have read that it could be related to some blocks in the energy body? Anyway I am looking forward to learning from others and understanding the energetic dynamics better to smoothen my jeourney.
