Action and Karma schoo of Taoism

As I am reading several books from Eva Wong about Daoism, I see she refers in her writings to the Action and Karma school of Daoism, founded by Li Ying Chang. I am not sure if the school is her own translation or if this is the real name and I cannot find the founder name in Chinese either. Does someone knows the name of the Daoist school or sect and the name of the founder in Chinese?
