Indiken Posted October 7, 2021 (edited) Hello, i want to ask why do involuntary body movement in time of accupresure and meditation happens. for example arms, legs, head start moving. Accupressure to different meridians points give different muscle movements. i have read that it is some "blockages" in meridians, if so, how do this works? Thank you. Be well. Basically it means Qi is moving and affecting the nerves There was recently a discussion about ‘spontaneous qigong’ - that has quite a bit of info about this phenomenon. I’ve also written a lot about ‘zifagong’ or zifa gong’ - which is the Chinese name for it. So you could search for that to find out more 1
