剩下的部分不說了，因為沒人練到這裡，說了也沒人懂。我看了太多人只為了有氣感，就感到興奮不已，我覺得很失望，有氣感不值得高興，有氣感是應該的。

 

有人以為我練到三禪，事實上我最多練到金丹真人，所以我知道我有使命，在我死之前，一定要教出有人可以練到金丹真人，可以把丹道的精髓傳承下去。
