玄牝Xuanpin

玄牝就是玄關。玄關的開啟是從烏肝的出現開始。所以只要出現烏肝，就是打開玄牝。

谷神不死，是謂玄牝。谷就是山谷，神就是覺，谷神就是覺開啟的一個如空谷一般的空間，這個空間不死，不死就是沒有落入昏沈，開啟了玄關空間而且沒有落入昏沈，那個就是玄關了。又稱為玄關竅。

 

Xuanhen is the entrance. The opening of the entrance begins with the appearance of black liver. Therefore, as long as black liver appears, it is to open the mysterious female.

The god of grains is immortal, which is called Xuanye. The valley is the valley, the god is the feeling, and the god of the valley is the empty valley-like space opened up by the feeling. This space is immortal, and immortality means that it does not fall into drowsiness. If the entrance space is opened and does not fall into drowsiness, that is the entrance. Also known as the portal.

 

烏肝是什麼，最早期的烏肝就是如同極光一般的光，但是烏肝還有許多演化，包含顏色的變化，包含線條的變化，包含形狀的變化。

 

所以你可以這樣看，當你練出光的時候，你的烏肝就出現了，那個光就是烏肝，而產生光的空間，就是玄牝，也就是玄關。

What is black liver? The earliest black liver is a light like the aurora, but there are many evolutions of black liver, including changes in color, changes in lines, and changes in shape.

So you can look at it this way, when you practice light, your black liver will appear, that light is black liver, and the space where light is produced is the Xuanhen, which is the profound entrance.

 

丹道中的光，除了烏肝，還有兔髓，黍米，黃庭，欲界定太陽，大小曼陀羅，形字印，霜飛，圓月，還有金丹，真人。

這些光的演化，都在玄關內發展，所以你要練的重點是產生『演化』的能力，而不是在哪裡搞腹部的呼吸。

 

The light in the Dan Dao, in addition to black liver, also has rabbit marrow, millet, yellow court, wants to define the sun, big and small mandala, shape and character seal, frost flying, full moon, and golden elixir, real person.

The evolution of these lights is developed in the entrance, so the focus of your practice is to produce the ability to "evolve", not where to engage in abdominal breathing.

 

而這些光的演化，同時也包含『神』的演化，如果『神』沒有演化，光是不可能跟著演化的。

 

And the evolution of these lights also includes the evolution of "Shen". If "Shen" does not evolve, light cannot evolve along with it.

 

玄關，光和神，三者是一起演化的。

 

Entrance, light and Shen, the three evolved together.

也有人把玄關說成是『the secret door』神秘之門。

玄關不是門，而是進門後到大廳之間的空間。

 

Some people also refer to XiuanGuan as "the secret door".

而玄關的光會一直演化

 

And the light of Xiuanguan will keep on evolution.

 

當你的氣已經能穩定的出現的時候，你要做的是把武火改成文火，讓光出現。

When your qi has been able to appear steadily, what you have to do is to change the martial fire to a slow fire, and let the light appear.

 

姿勢不是重點。你可以用任何姿勢來練。重點是當氣穩固出現的時候，你如何放鬆你的意。

Posture is not the point. You can do it in any pose. The point is how you relax your mind when the chi is solid.

 

整個練習過程，請不要用任何價值觀來影響你的功態。請你對自己的企圖保持覺察。

 

During the whole practice process, please do not use any values to affect your performance. Please be aware of your own intentions.

所有道家的修煉，都從玄關開始。

因此我們的練習，都應該以玄關為主，而不是以氣為主。

請放棄累積精氣的概念，那並非真正的道。

 

All Taoist cultivation starts from the Xiuanguan.

Therefore, our practice should focus on the Xiuanguan, not on the Qi.

Please give up the concept of accumulating Qi, that is not the real Tao.

請不要把開啟玄關當成是困難的事情。

事實上開啟玄關非常容易，只要練習的方法對，三個月之內，大部分的人都可以開啟玄關。

 

Please don't take opening the Xiuanguan as a difficult task.

In fact, it is very easy to open the Xiuanguan. As long as the practice method is correct, within three months, most people can open the Xiuanguan.

當你能夠把氣轉化成光的時候，你就進入『練氣化神』的階段了

 

When you can transform qi into light, you will enter the stage of "training qi to transform into Shen"

當你可以花三個月就練到『練氣化神』，請問你為什麼要浪費三十年一直在『煉精化氣』？

 

你的人生有限，那些浪費在搬運法的時間，足夠你好好練到金丹了。

 

When you can train to "refine Qi and transform shen" in three months, why do you waste thirty years of "refining essence and transforming Qi"?

Your life is limited, and the time wasted in the handling method is enough for you to practice the golden elixir.
